Wealth structuring
 
Wealth structuring is the process of deciding how to own wealth in order for its maximum preservation. This definition includes ownership consideration given for maximum ongoing wealth preservation as well as preservation during transfer. The means of wealth structuring are wealth structures: 1) legal structures that are useful for family and estate planning such as trusts and foundations; and 2) legal structures that are useful for ongoing concerns such as private investment companies.
